Terms of Service

Rules and guidlines for both parties to follow, it gives an outline as to how I work with my commissioners and helpful information for what you should expect.

Getting Started

What you need

First things first, this is probably one of the most important steps in commissioning a fursuit or any other work of art. Make sure you have a fully detailed Reference Sheet! I need that little sheet of information to make your character - or creature - to come to life! It must have multiple angles of the character and has to cover every single detail, from claw and maw color to that little black dot on the back of his/her thigh. Everything.

What I need

In an e-mail, I will need what type of commission you'd like: partial, paws, etc. It would be ever so helpful if  measurements were included as well. I can then give you a more accurate quote since I order fur by the yard.

To put it short, all I need is:

  • type of commission

  • measurements

  • reference sheet

Payment

What I accept

Paypal is the ultimte prefered method of payment; it is fast, easy and receiving payment is guaranteed. I do also take MoneyGrams and cash. However, I am not responsible or held accountable if your money goes missing, is lost in postage, or the other number of scenarios that may happen to it.

Payment plans

I understand that suits are expensive and can be hard to pay for all at once. That is why I am now offering payment plans on a case-by-case basis. The terms for the payment plan are as follows:

  • 25% Down Payment

  • 15% of balance due every month thereafter

If a payment is going to be late or is late, please contact me so I can understand the nature of the delay. If I am not contacted within 30 days of the payment due date I will attempt to contact you. After 7 days if no attempt is made to reply all progress and materials will be considered forfeit and will be sold off or reused in future projects. No refunds will be offered to people who fail to meet the payment terms stated above. By requesting a commission and sending the initial down payment you are accepting to these terms of service.

Allergy Information

Material Allergens

I know that there are many people with a latex allergy. So while I keep this in mind, I only use silicon based products when casting tongues and pawpads.

I use FAUX fur only. Faux fur is commonly made from polyester fibers. I never use real fur in any of my works of art.

If you have any allergies that I have listed, please inform me immediately! I do my absolute best to keep my workspace clean, but again, there is no guarantee that there will not be any allergens around!

Environment Allergens

I live with three cats and one dog. I try my best to keep all animals away from my materials and fabric. Though I cannot guarantee that my fabrics will not contain pet dander or fur. Please keep this in mind, as I do not wish to cause any ammount of harm to a potential commissioner.

My current home is undergoing renovations, so sometimes dust will get into the air. If you are allergic to dust particles, please also keep this in mind!!
